Purpose:
Hypothesis:
Materials: Petri dish, Q-tips, a bacterial infected surface, incubator, agar
Method:
1) I got a felt markers and sectioned my petri dish into four sections, and labeled each on A,B,C, and D.
2) I got my Q-tips and went around the school looking for 4 places i could swab for bacteria.
3) Swabbed the bacteria and put it into the petri dish.
4) Finished, and taped the petri dish and put the dish into the incubator,

Result: The picture above is after the petri dish has been in the incubator for a couple of days, and the bacteria has been growing rapidly. The spot where there is a black circle, is where i swabbed the staff-room door.
